Sean Hannity, right-wing pussy extraordinaire, has volunteered to be waterboarded to prove once and for all that it is not, in fact, torture. Now a new website has popped up overnight called waterboardseanhannityforcharity.com which is soliciting emails from people hoping to see this event actually happen. It won’t, but let’s humour the concept for a few minutes. What good would it do to simply waterboard him? He’s a stubborn brat. He’s like me the kid that gets spanked by his dad and then does something else bratty to prove the spanking didn’t matter. You could waterboard him all day and night and he will still stick by his original bullshit just to spite you. There’s no incentive for him to do otherwise. He knows he’s not in any danger. He knows how long it will last and when it will end. Just like me that kid, he’ll come out and grit his teeth and say, “That wasn’t so bad!” To really accomplish the task of making Hannity walk a mile in another man’s sandals, we need to give him a package deal.
